CICI4D MANTAP — GUIDE #83
GET IN, GET PAID, GET OUT
This isn’t a history lesson. You’re here because you want numbers that hit, not fluff that misses. Below are the exact moves that separate the break-even crowd from the players who walk away with consistent 4D wins. No guesswork—just the settings, sequences, and stop-losses that work right now.

PICK YOUR POOL LIKE A SNIPER
Cici4d runs multiple 4D pools: Singapore, Magnum, Sabah 88, and the local Cici variants. Each has its own rhythm.
Singapore 4D: Draws at 6:30 PM daily. Use this for your “anchor bet.” Odds are tighter (1:2300 for 1st prize), but the number set is cleaner—less noise, more signal.
Magnum 4D: Draws at 6:15 PM and 11:15 PM. Higher volatility, higher payout (1:3600 for 1st prize). Treat this as your “swing bet.” Only play when the trend is screaming.
Sabah 88: Draws at 2:30 PM and 7:30 PM. Smaller prize (1:2000), but the number distribution is flatter. Perfect for “recovery bets” when your main pool is cold.
Cici4D Local: Draws at 5:00 PM. Lower entry cost, but the prize is only 1:1000. Use this for “training wheels”—test patterns here before scaling up.
Rule: Never bet more than 3 pools in a single day. Stick to one anchor, one swing, and one recovery.

NUMBER SELECTION: THE 3-PHASE FILTER
Phase 1: Hot-Cold Cutoff
Pull the last 30 draws for your chosen pool. Tag every number that hit 3+ times as “Hot.” Tag every number that hit 0-1 times as “Cold.” Everything else is “Neutral.”
Threshold: If a number is Hot, discard it. If it’s Cold, keep it. Neutrals get a second look.
Phase 2: Digit Pairing
Break every Cold number into two digit pairs (e.g., 1234 → 12 and 34). Count how many times each pair appeared in the last 30 draws.
Threshold: If a pair appears 5+ times, discard the number. If it appears 0-2 times, flag it.
Phase 3: Sum Check
Add the digits of every flagged number (e.g., 1234 → 1+2+3+4 = 10). Compare the sum to the last 5 draw sums.
Threshold: If the sum is within ±2 of any of the last 5 sums, discard the number. If it’s outside that range, it’s a “clean” candidate.
Example: Last 5 sums were 12, 15, 18, 21, 24. Your candidate sum is 16 → discard. Candidate sum is 27 → keep.

BET STRUCTURE: THE 5-3-1 RULE
Never bet a single number. Always build a “cluster” of 5 numbers that share the same first two digits (e.g., 1234, 1245, 1256, 1267, 1278). This gives you a 5x coverage on the same root.
Bet breakdown:
– 5 numbers: 1st prize bet (RM1 each)
– 3 numbers: 2nd prize bet (RM2 each)
– 1 number: 3rd prize bet (RM5)
Total outlay: RM5 + RM6 + RM5 = RM16 per cluster.
Stop-loss: If the cluster loses 3 consecutive draws, drop it. No exceptions.
—
TIMING: THE 90-MINUTE WINDOW
Singapore 4D: Place bets between 4:00 PM and 5:30 PM. The number set stabilizes after 4:00 PM—earlier bets are just noise.
Magnum 4D: Place bets between 9:00 PM and 10:45 PM for the 11:15 PM draw. The 6:15 PM draw is too volatile—skip it unless you have a confirmed trend.
Sabah 88: Place bets between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM. The afternoon draw is softer—fewer syndicates, better odds.
Cici4D Local: Place bets between 3:00 PM and 4:45 PM. The last 15 minutes are pure chaos—stay out.
—
TREND TRACKING: THE 7-DRAW RULE
Every number has a “shelf life.” Track how many draws it takes for a Cold number to turn Hot.
Threshold: If a Cold number doesn’t hit within 7 draws, it’s “stale.” Drop it and replace it with a fresh Cold number from the latest 30-draw set.
Example: Number 1234 was Cold on Draw #1. If it doesn’t hit by Draw #8, it’s stale. Replace it with the next Cold number in line.
—
BANKROLL MANAGEMENT: THE 10-5-2 RULE
Allocate your bankroll in tiers:
Tier 1: 10% for anchor bets (Singapore 4D)
Tier 2: 5% for swing bets (Magnum 4D)
Tier 3: 2% for recovery bets (Sabah 88 or Cici Local)
Never let any tier exceed its cap. If Tier 1 hits, lock the profit and reset the tier to 10%. If Tier 1 loses 3 clusters in a row, pause it for 2 days.
Example: You start with RM1,000.
– Tier 1: RM100 (10 clusters at RM10 each)
– Tier 2: RM50 (5 clusters at RM10 each)
– Tier 3: RM20 (2 clusters at RM10 each)

LIVE DRAW REACTION: THE 3-STRIKE RULE
If your cluster misses the 1st prize but hits the 2nd or 3rd, do this:
1. Immediately add the winning number to your “watch list.”
2. Check if it was Cold in the last 30 draws. If yes, bet it as a single number in the next draw (RM5 max).
3. If it hits again, bet it as a single number in the following draw (RM10 max).
Threshold: If it misses 3 times in a row, drop it. No chasing.
—
SYNDICATE SPOTTING: THE 3-SIGNAL RULE
Syndicates leave footprints. Watch for these:
Signal 1: A number hits 3+ times in 10 draws. Syndicates are cycling it.
Signal 2: The same last two digits appear in 3+ numbers in a single draw. Synd Cici4d mantap.
